At xpressWP, we have a refund policy for our clients who are not satisfied with our services for some valid reasons.

Coverage and Scope

Our refund policy is covered by any brand or organization managed and controlled by us. The policy has nothing to do with organizations or individuals who are not employed and managed by xpressWP.

Filing a Complaint

At xpressWP, our aim is to deliver a client-centric service and we are committed to helping our clients to get benefited from our services. We endeavor to satisfy each of our clients by letting them find the exact solutions that they are looking for. We are highly concerned about your satisfaction and don’t leave any stone unturned in this arena.

In case, any of our clients are not satisfied due to any reasons and seeking for a refund. We request them to first get in touch with us through the mail for the final solution. If we are not able to able to resolve the thing mutually, we will suggest you to file for a refund.

Types of Refund

Full of Refund

We are liable to refund your full amount if your project or the related documentation has not been initiated. We will process your money refund request in this case and will take 45 days to refund your entire amount.

Partial Refund

If we fail to deliver the solutions as per duly signed mutual agreement. In this case, you can approach us for a partial refund.

No Refund

If we complete the assignment within the specified time frame and send clients all the related documents.
